About Us
DN Machine Oil Solutions specializes in high-performance centrifugal oil cleaners. Our technology works on the reaction turbine principle, using centrifugal force to remove solid contaminants without the need for filter elements. By choosing our solutions, you save significantly on oil expenses, protect the environment, and extend the life of your machinery.

No, you do not need to buy traditional replacement filters.
Magnetic Filtration: These high-quality systems are designed to replace consumable filters. Ferrous waste is removed as a semi-dry cake, and manual versions require no consumable parts for day-to-day operation.
Centrifugal Filtration: These machines operate without a filter element. Because there is no media to clog or replace, you eliminate ongoing replacement costs.
While the exact RPM (Rotations Per Minute) can vary by specific model size, centrifugal oil filtration typically requires high speeds to generate the force necessary to separate heavy contaminants from the oil. These systems are designed for high-volume, 24/7 automated operation to maintain efficiency without needing to stop for cleaning.
The primary function of these systems is to separate oil and solids from water or coolant, rather than removing water from the oil:
Minimal Fluid Loss: The magnetic filtration process is highly efficient, allowing virtually all residue fluid to be recovered while only the contamination is removed.
Oil Skimmers: These are specifically designed to remove floating oil from the surface of water or coolant.
Decanters (Accessory): If you use a decanter with your skimmer, it is designed to return any water that was accidentally removed during the skimming process back to the main tank, ensuring you only collect the waste oil.
How It Works
Oil enters the centrifuge under pressure and escapes through tangentially opposite nozzles, producing rotor speeds up to 8000 RPM. The resulting centrifugal force removes dirt, depositing it on the inner wall of the rotor in a dense cake form. Clean oil then drains back to the tank by gravity.
